When I disable another toolbar Billeo disappears: What do I do?

Occasionally, Microsoft Internet Explorer's View menu misidentifies your toolbars. To fix this problem, please follow these steps:

• Open the Registry Editor by going to Start -> Run. Type in regedit and click OK
• Locate the key called: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\Web Browser
• Delete the value ITBarLayout by right clicking on the value, and selecting Delete
