If my computer is stolen, is my information safe?

 

Your password are stored in the Billeo Vault - it is encrypted and therefore protected from unauthorized access. Your vault can only be access by logging in using your Billeo username and password. In order to protect your security please ensure you never give out your Billeo username and password.

 

If security is of paramount importance and you don't mind a little inconvenience, you can uncheck Automatically Sign In.

 

Here is how to do it:

• In your browser click the Billeo Icon, then click Sign Out
• Click the Billeo Icon again, but, this time click Sign In
• On the Sign In dialog box, uncheck Automatically sign in before signing in using your Billeo username and password
• Click the Billeo icon, then Settings to select an appropriate Timeout period

Your Timeout setting tells the Billeo browser app to automatically sign you out after the specified number of minutes. Setting it to a low number will prevent un-authorized access to your machine should this be a concern. The default Timeout setting is Never.
