I received a Billeo error indicating JavaScript is not enabled in my browser, what do I do?
Billeo uses JavaScript to deliver full functionality for many of the features in our Assistant Suite. Here are some steps for enabling JavaScript in your preferred browser:
Internet Explorer
- Click Tools and select Internet Options
- Click the Security Tab and select Internet
- Click Custom Level
- Scroll down to Active Scripting (way down almost to the bottom of the list)
- Click Enable
- Click OK
- Click Yes on the pop-up box
- Click OK to exit Internet Options
Mozilla Firefox (Windows)
- Click Tools and select Options
- Click on the Content Icon
- Check the box next “Enable JavaScript”
- Click OK
Mozilla Firefox (Mac)
- Click Firefox on the Menu Bar and select Preferences
- Click on the Content Icon
- Check the box next “Enable JavaScript”
- Close the Preferences box
You are now ready to register and get started with Billeo. Please click the Billeo Icon in your browser, select Sign In and click the “New User” link to be redirected to our registration screen.
