How can I modify my bill reminders?

 

There are various ways you can modify your bill reminders.

 

To edit Bill Reminders for an account:

• Go to My Bills | Reminders
• Click Edit on the reminder you wish to change
• Make the changes in the date or amount due boxes as shown
• Save the changes by clicking the tick mark button on the right

To modify recurring reminders:

• Go to My Bills | Accounts
• Click Edit for the account in question
• Edit as needed and click Save

You can receive reminders according to the number of days prior to your due date, or you can choose to not receive any e-mails.
