How can I modify my bill reminders?
There are various ways you can modify your bill reminders.
To edit Bill Reminders for an account:
- Go to My Bills | Reminders
- Click Edit on the reminder you wish to change
- Make the changes in the date or amount due boxes as shown
- Save the changes by clicking the tick mark button on the right
To modify recurring reminders:
- Go to My Bills | Accounts
- Click Edit for the account in question
- Edit as needed and click Save
You can receive reminders according to the number of days prior to your due date, or you can choose to not receive any e-mails.
