Billeo can’t be seen or is not working in Internet Explorer: What do I do?

 

If Billeo is listed under View | Toolbars, however it is grayed out, please make sure Billeo is enabled under your Manage Add-ons settings.

 

To view these settings, please select Tools | Manage Add-ons (Internet Explorer users: Please select the Enable / Disable Add Ons entry from the Manage Add Ons menu.

 

Please send an e-mail to and include as attachments, RegistryCheck.log, BilleoToolbar.log and BilleoSystrayIcon.log files you see in
C:\Program Files\Billeo or where you installed Billeo.

 

After enabling Billeo in your browser’s Add-ons section, try to bring the toolbar into view by selecting View | Toolbars | Billeo.
