Where is my password vault? How can I back it up?

 

To view your vault / eWallet location, click the Billeo icon in your browser and select Settings. Your vault location is displayed in the Security Section of the sidebar.

 

It is a good practice to back up your vault frequently to avoid any problems.

 

You can backup the vault by following these steps:

• In your browser Click the Billeo icon and select Settings
• Re-enter your Billeo password, if asked
• Click on the Backup Vault button
• Specify a folder where you want to backup your Vault. This folder can be a hard-drive, a network drive, or a USB key chain drive.
