Vista/7: I have upgraded to Vista/7, how do I restore my Billeo service?

 

When upgrading to the Vista/7 platform, you will need to download and install the Billeo software.

 

To download Billeo:

• Download Billeo by clicking Get Billeo+ Beta in the upper right-hand portion of this page
• Copy your vault files to C:\Users\(Your Windows Username)\AppData\LocalLow\Billeo\(Your Billeo Username)
• You may need to create a directory inside the Billeo directory using Your Billeo Username as the directory name. To create this directory, right click and go to New | Directory
• Sign in to Billeo using your Billeo username and password. Your passwords and eWallet information should all be available for use

It is important to place your Billeo vault files in this location. The Windows Vista/7 platform has introduced a new security feature which requires your vault to be in this location. By placing your vault files in this location, Internet Explorer will be able to save new passwords and any setting changes you make to Billeo. If you place your password vault in any other location, you may experience issues when saving new passwords.
